CLASS DESCRIPTION

Here is a brief description explaining the classes we offer.

  • A combination of foundational cycling rudiments, coaching, and breath control meant to challenge each individual within their own capacity. Great respiratory and cardiovascular conditioning on our Stages II series bikes; featuring a selection of music curated by our expert instructors!

  • A low-impact strength training class that uses a variety of equipment to challenge each muscle group. The class uses free weights and bars to develop muscle endurance and strength.

Muscle Pump classes may include: Weighted bar and plates, motivating music, and no cardio choreography.

  • A class in which all major muscle groups are addressed with a strength-training approach. This includes arm, legs, abs, chest, and back. Join a class for a fun challenge for all athletes at all stages of development!

  • Core programming is intended to address a series of functional issues brought on in day-to-day life. Particularly helpful for office-workers or those who drive for a living, core exercise is imperative in promoting the stability necessary for a healthy lifestyle; especially in regards to tension in the lower back.

Try one of our 30 minute classes with our expert instructors and notice the difference in the quality of your day, your ease of movement, and your confidence!

  • High Intensity Interval Training to a timer utilizing different pieces of mobile equipment at your station. HIIT training is intended to push you to your limits, keeping true to predetermined intervals.

  • Passive mobility training meant to promote a healthy and functional recovery. Take an opportunity to relax, breathe deep, and work out some tension from all of your hard work.

  • TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, and core stability. TRX training involves using suspension straps to perform various exercises.

  • A combination of Pilates and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Pilates focuses on core exercises that build strength, flexibility, and stability, whereas HIIT involves short bursts of intense activity that work the entire body. When combined, these two types of exercise create a dynamic workout that can help you burn calories and work your body to its maximum potential.

  • A low-impact workout that focuses on controlled movements, precise alignment, and breath. Rather than fast or high-intensity reps, mat Pilates emphasizes quality over quantity—each movement is slow, deliberate, and designed to engage your deep stabilizing muscles.

  • Fun cardiovascular exercise whose focus is continuous movement and coordination. You perform choreographed patterns—basic steps, turns, knee lifts, kicks—while moving on and around a platform. The height of the step can be adjusted, which changes how intense the workout feels.
